עוגת תפוחים ודבש

מצרכים:

  • 5 תפוחי עץ גדולים ונאים גרנד סמית
  • 150 גר' חמאה
  • 150 גר' סוכר לבן
  • 2 חלמונים
  • 200 גר' דבש
  • 150 גר' תה חזק חם
  • 100 גר' שמנת חמוצה
  • 300 גר' קמח
  • 1/4 כפית סודה לשתייה
  • 1/4 כפית הל טחון
  • 1/4 כפית ג'ינג'ר טחון
  • 1/4 כפית קינמון טחון
  • 1/4 כפית ציפורן טחון
  • 1/4 כפית אגוז מוסקט טחון
  • 2 חלבונים

 

אופן ההכנה:

חותכים התפוחים לקוביות ומבשלים ב 50מ גרם חמאה, 50 גרם סוכר ו 50 מ"ל מים עד שהם מתרככים

מקציפים חמאה,100 גרם סוכר וחלמונים לקצף חזק במיקסר חשמלי.

מוסיפים שמנת חמוצה ודבש ומערבבים היטב.

מוסיפים את כל הקמח והתבלינים ומערבבים. מוספים התפוחים המבושלים והתה לתערובת שלנו ומערבבים היטב.

יוצקים התערובת לשתי תבניות עגולות קוטר 22 ס"מ

חותכים 2 תפוחים לפרוסות דקות ומסדרים מעל על העוגה בצורת מניפה

ומניחים בתנור שחומם מראש ל 180 מעלות למשך כ 45 דקות.
